When I made reservation I did not know there were 2 quality inns in Asheville. We always stay at one near va hospital. I tried to. All and tell the other quality inn but they went ahead and took 150.00 of my money.

Very clean but I didn't like how they took my payment and 50 dollar deposit before I even got there I like to pay at front desk and if there is a silly deposit I will go somewhere else but this place say you can pay when you get there but as soon as you book it on line your money is gone and deposit locked in So beware other than that very nice stay.
